This product was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old grandson. It wouldn’t load in either our main computer nor our lap top. He was disappointed as he loves dinosaurs.

My son really loves this game. We had the same white screen issue with it, however as other reviewer said changing the file name fix the problem.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!!!!

Cannot get past the initial menu. Once you go start the game you get the white screen of death. Nothing there. Went to activisionvalue web site and they don’t even list this as one of their games. Was hoping to find a patch but no luck. What an absolute waste of money! They should not be able to get away with this. My daughter was so looking forward to playing this. Pure disappointment. Now I have to try and return it where i bought it but with the return policies the way they are, i can only get the same thing again. With the same white screen of death.

We had the same “white screen” problem that the other reviewer mentioned. We were never able to get past the first scene. My son is so disappointed because he was really looking forward to playing it. What a waste of money, into the garbage it will have to go :(

I purchased this for my 3 year old boy. He LOVES Diego!!!

The game has an ominous “white screen” issue. In other words,

it doesn’t work past the opening screens. The game is basic *.swf

code, but there seem to be major errors with that code. : (

I called Activision, and they said that 2K supported the game, but

they no longer did. Activision did point out that the game was an

Activision value title, so maybe their Value section supported it.

I wish I wouldn’t have purchased this game. After calling 2k they stated some basic fixes that I know were general company “soft skills” suggestions, but in reality, this game is absolutly terrible. Activision really disgraced themselves on this PC release. They do tend to port console based games very poorly, but this port was the final straw.

Please know that I am never an angry custormer. This experience really damaged the integrity of Activision in my eyes.

There’s more to life than Guitar Hero, and “Activision, you have your company name represented on more titles than just Guitar Hero”. Please get with the program and support a game directly for more than 6 months.
