How can I connect my xbox 360 to my wireless internet to get xbox live?
My friend has to use a long cable that goes all the way thru his house to connect to his router to get internet, xbox live. I just bought an xbox 360 elite and i dont want to have to do the same thing. Is there some way that i can connnect it to my wireless connection? Is there some kind of adapter or something i should by seperately?

You have to buy an adapter.
I hate Microsoft for being such a cashgrab.

use the cable its alot faster but if you still dont want to buy a 150$ wireless-N adapter

well u would have to buy a xbox 360 wireless adapter.
then find out your wep key which is normally on the bottom of ur router.
they press the button on 360 adapter.
the light on tyhe back should turn green then ur online so enjoy lol good luck

you can use a laptop with an ethernet hooked up from the laptop to the xbox and bridge the connection. got to network setting right click and bridge connection the try connecting to live and see how it goes there are videos on you tube to do this and the range from the laptop is a lot better than the xbox wireless adapter.
