How do you play games that you buy from the playstation network?
I recently bought a game with the playstation store for my playstation 3. It is my first game that I did this for. I have all of the updates and have downloaded the game. How do I play it? I don’t have the CD I bought it from the built in store.

It would help to know what game because you don’t start all of the PSN games the same way. Basically, it uses one of two methods from what I’ve seen:
1. The game is in the Game category of the XMB, so you just click on it, just like you click the game disc when you insert a PS3 disc game in the PS3.
2. Some games require you to run it through its demo version. When you buy these games, the PSN actually gives you a code that basically turns the demo into the full game.

If you’ve already downloaded, a little picture of the game inside a capsule or similar should appear under your Game Icon on your XMB. Tap the X button on that fancy icon to install the game,once you’ve installed it you are free to play it, It will appear as a little rectangle on your XMB under the Game Icon
