if your purchasing on internet read [more details] it should tell you waht pcs it can be played on if purchasing in store read the very bottom on back of padkage it also tells the compatibility
How to test whether a particular game that is to be purchased run in your pc configuration?
Is there a site which tests whether any game which I want to buy offline runs on my pc ?
There are sites like Nvidida where some games from Nvidia can be tested.
Is there any site where i can search for any pc game & then whether it runs in my pc?
I have only a embedded VIA Chrome9 HC IGP card.My ram is 512 MB & CPU speed is 1.7GHz,os-win XP Pro,free hdisk space3 is 5 GB
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Search for “X Demo” where X is the name of the game you’re after… That way you might find a playable demo of the game. Install it and see if it runs… Otehrwise just look at the specifications on the packet of the game, it should say on there what graphics card you need and processor, RAM etc…
But you can also just ask a staff member, if they tell you it will run on your pc (tell them the specs of your computer) and it doesn’t work, then you can even get a refund, because you were misinformed by a staff member about the product. Most countries’ consumer protection laws are the same on this point…
