Is there a PC game like the myspace mobsters game?

Is there a PC game like the myspace mobsters game? Like being, a mob game with the territory, and rpg elements. I’m looking for a game that is not an online game. Something that I could install on my computer and play whenever I want, and possibly over a LAN with my friends sometimes.
