Waiting For Mom In The Grocery Store? Follow These Tips!

We aren’t certain why, but every so often our mothers find it essential to take us along with them when they grocery shop.  Just about nothing could more depressing that getting the notice that today is the day to purchase groceries for the entire month!  You may give in to the depression and the urge to give up on life, or you could come up with a plan to survive the episode.  It is in our human nature to invent ways of dealing with unwelcoming situations, and right here are a couple of tips on how you can survive waiting for Mom in the grocery store.

1. Look through the magazine section.  Practically each and every grocery store has one.  Most have a nice selection of magazines and soft-cover books to choose from.  You may read articles and look at superstar photographs, and after that put the publications back when you’re done.  This doesn’t take anything out of your allowance cash, and it makes the time pass quickly!

2. Get a snack.  Many grocery stores have a small section where you can purchase fast food.  Grab a small French fry or a box of jalapeño poppers, take a seat and chow down.  Before you know it, Mom will be calling you to tell you it is time to go home!

3. Throw your laptop in your bag.  Before you buy groceries along with Mom, save a few free video games out of your favorite on-line game web site.  You probably could play these with out having an internet connection.  Sit on a bench and play dirt bike games and parking games while you wait.  Don’t forget to charge up the battery!

You’re young, with a vivid creativeness!  Come up with your own ideas to pass the time quickly.  Entertainment is the secret if you wish to have a good time while Mom shops.  The worst thing that you could do is not have a plan.  Hence next time you buy groceries along with Mother, take the offensive and come up with a good survival plan!
