What kind of older PC game would a 40 year old enjoy?
I’m trying to think of what PC game to give for a birthday present. His computer is slow so it can’t handle the new games.
The only older PC game that I can think of is Starcraft. His system can probably handle some games that are a little newer than that. Can you think of any others?

The original Warcraft line. My dad loved them, Warcraft III was a little more than what he was up for. Also if there is a little geek in him, get him Civilization 1 and 2 and maybe even 3. Those are great for the old timers.

im in a very unusal position as my dad played PC games with me since i was 2 (im now 19) these are alot of the games we played together before he got into mmorpgs (everquest) and i moves onto xbox and game cube games. he should be able to handle any of these games as i have not played any new PC games for a few years now.
i labled a game as very old or quite old if its old enough that you would probably have troubble finding it. (privateer is actually on flopy disks)
there are more games that i simply cannot think of off the top of my head right now. if youd like to know more about any of these games or for me to list some more simply email me at speakerguy1257@yahoo.com
good luck!
